I honestly don’t understand why this keeps happening. Almost every time I shop at this Sprouts, my groceries aren’t bagged unless I specifically ask. Is this store policy? I’m already paying 10 cents per bag, so I expect the bags to actually be provided and my groceries to be bagged. It’s frustrating to have to remind employees every single visit. On top of that, I’ve noticed that Sprouts has consistently kept products like ALL the Grass-Fed Organic Yogurt products on the shelf until just four days before the expiration date. For a store that markets itself around fresh, high-quality products, that’s very disappointing. I shouldn’t have to check every item carefully just to make sure I’m not buying something that’s about to expire. Overall, I expect better from Sprouts. If you’re charging customers for bags and presenting yourself as a premium grocery store focused on quality and freshness, the basic customer experience should reflect that.

I come often to this location, but lately the customer service has been quite unpleasant. Normally I try to not let it bother me, but this latest experience was my last at this location. I’ve taken my kids in the past and none of the employees appreciate children in the store. But I’ve also been myself and it’s pretty much the same experience.

love Sprouts! This location has always been clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff and managers, and I've never had any issues. They can also set you up on reoccuring orders if you need anything consistently :)

Sprouts is the best grocery store in Utah Valley. Period. In addition to healthy everything, I am always greeted with a friendly welcome and excellent service. Special kudos to Johnny at the meat counter which always has excellent suggestions for recipes and how to best cook their products. Prices are reasonable, especially their sales. The only gripe I have is at checkout where I routinely have a sale item that posts the regular price. This happens about half the time I shop there and I get so frustrated I don't even tell the cashier it the loss to me is less than a dollar, it's not worth the hassle.

Love coming here. Great food, (mostly) great prices, great service. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. Today I picked up my online order and they were fast and friendly. Great gluten-free options and healthy snacks. I feel like I can trust food a lot more than I can other grocery stores. Gotta hate the “natural flavors” ingredient that is usually never found here.
